Genrec Engineering Honored by Merseta

Genrec Engineering has been recognized as a MERSETA Top Training Company and Supporter of the National Skills Development Strategy.

Human Resource Executive Luckie Molubi was proud to receive this prestigious award on behalf of Genrec Engineering and his team at an awards ceremony held in Johannesburg last night. Luckie accredits this award to Genrec’s firm belief in people development and its commitment to engaging in training and developing it's own workforce.

Genrec was one of a host of companies affiliated to MERSETA (the Seta for manufacturing, engineering and related services) for having made a tangible difference to developing skills in the sector. The award recognises the promotion and acceleration of quality training in the workplace as this is the first time that the MERSETA has given such public recognition to companies for their contribution to closing the skills gap.
